Dr. Rodney Bell is in his fourth year at Needville ISD. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Harding University in Arkansas, the Master of Music degree from Auburn University, and the Doctor of Musical Arts degree in choral conducting from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music. Dr. Bell has previously taught on the high school, community college, and university levels. He has also served as a worship/music minister in the Kansas City area. |
