Minutes for November 17, 2010

The meeting was called to order by Tyler at 7:20 am.

The talent show committees were talked about. The MC committee will be headed by Ashlen Smolik and will include three other people. The ticket committee will be headed by Tyler Watkins and will include at least five more people. The tickets for the talent show will cost $3. The poster/line up committee will be headed by Cydney and will include five others. The posters need to be up by Monday November 29. The Audition committee will be headed by Emily Gibson and will include either four or six other people in order to keep the number odd. The tech/sound committee will be headed by Virginia Hesse and will include any other theater people.

Announcements for talent show need to be made by Thursday.

Next this years tapping was discussed. We are tie-dying the old collars to parade the newbies around in during activity period on either November 30 or December 7. Help is needed tie-dying over thanksgiving break on Tuesday at 4 pm.

A reminder was given about service hours being due on January 7.

A reminder for secret pal was given. Students need to give a gift before thanksgiving and before Christmas.

Service Hour Op on December 4. Breakfast with Santa at Immanuel Church at 8:00 am, need six people.

The next meeting will be December 15th.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting by Ashlen and Cydney seconded the motion.

The meeting was adjourned by Tyler at 7:30 am.
