Needville High School is part of the Needville Independent School District. The high school campus is located 15 miles south of Richmond/Rosenberg, Texas on State Highway 36.

Needville High School was established in 1948, with the first senior class graduating in 1949.
School colors are royal blue and white, the school mascot is a Blue Jay, and the campus motto is “Committed to Educational Excellence”.
