• 7th grade A team played George Basketball tournament this weekend. Friday night Jays Beat George B team 21-11. Saturday we lost to George 11-13. A team lost again to Bellville in the 3rd place game 16-18. The Lady Jays will play against Wharton tonight at home.
• Needville Little League registration is going on Tuesday, Saturday, and next Tuesday. You must bring your birth certificate if you haven’t played baseball last year.
• Today in the cafeteria we are having oven breaded bake chicken or baked steak fingers with gravy, mashed potatoes, carrot coins, pineapple tidbits, and a hot dinner roll.

• The 7th grade Lady Jays beat the Wharton Tigers last night 22-10. 7th grade Lady Jays now have a district record of 6-0.
• Needville little league registration is going on for kids 18 years to 4 years of age. Anybody that has not been in little league needs to bring their birth certificate for tryouts.
• Today in the cafeteria we will be having cheeseburger casserole with wheat roll. Or chicken patty on a whole wheat bun, romaine lettuce, mixed vegetables, and chilled applesauce.

• All children 4 years and older can sign up for softball or baseball—Tuesday January 20 was the last day to sign up
• $80 for a child and $60 for every additional child
• Needville little league registration is going on. If you haven’t been in this you will need your birth certificate.
• We have started a new project this semester that was inspired by the Rachel’s challenge presentation that we had last fall. It is being sponsored by Friends of Rachel.

• We will be starting a new project for this semester inspired by the Rachel’s Challenge. We want everyone to do at least one compassionate thing everyday. We would like to document your acts of kindness by making a paper chain detailing all of them.
• Needville Little League Registration is going on. Be sure and remember to bring your birth certificate if you haven’t been in this before.
• Today in lunch we will be having Hot dog with chili and cheese Or Cory Blue, Jr. on a whole wheat bun, baked tater tots, and fruited gelatin.
